Psychotherapy is the treatment of emotional, behavioral, personality, and psychiatric issues in the context of an established therapeutic relationship. As such, it is imperative that you work with a therapist with whom you feel comfortable. I welcome your call to talk with me about "fit."
I am currently offering in-office and virtual sessions.
I enjoy working with patients who present with:
Eating disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, and ARFID), emotional eating, food Neophobia (fear of new foods), and other eating problems. I work with patients who are in the beginning stages of addressing eating problems as well as those who seek aftercare following intensive treatment.
