Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.

Psychotherapy is the treatment of emotional, behavioral, personality, and psychiatric issues in the context of an established therapeutic relationship. As such, it is imperative that you work with a therapist with whom you feel comfortable. I welcome your call to talk with me about "fit."

I am currently offering in-office and virtual sessions.

I enjoy working with patients who present with:

  • Eating disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, and ARFID), emotional eating, food Neophobia (fear of new foods), and other eating problems. I work with patients who are in the beginning stages of addressing eating problems as well as those who seek aftercare following intensive treatment.

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Life Transitions

  • Parenting

  • Unplanned pregnancy and/or abortion recovery

  • Life/Work balance

  • Trauma; I often utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • Concerns around confidentiality - I have worked with many professionals in medicine, law, mental health, and entertainment who need more discreet care.

Midtown Psychotherapy also offers:
